Service Description

Join our GREEN Group (Adults) (15 years and older) riding classes to experience a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere where you can master essential riding skills. Our experienced trainer will provide expert guidance to help you progress confidently in your equestrian journey. Choose between paying per class or opting for our best-value package of 8 classes. Select your preference at checkout. Visit our dedicated page for detailed descriptions based on our color-coded system. If a class is full, you have the option to join our waiting list. We allow a maximum of 10 people on the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, it will be held for 30 minutes. If you are next on the list, you will receive a notification, and you must confirm your spot within this timeframe. If the spot is not confirmed within 30 minutes, it will be offered to the next person on the list.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the lesson cost. Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 15 business days. Make-up Lessons Policy: Lessons canceled within the required notice period can be rescheduled based on availability. These make-up sessions must be arranged within the duration of the current plan. No refunds will be given for missed lessons if a make-up cannot be scheduled within this timeframe. Timeliness Policy: Riders are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session time to prepare. Consistent tardiness may result in the loss of lesson privileges or additional fees. Lessons will start and end promptly as scheduled. Payment Policy: All lessons must be paid for in advance. Accepted payment methods include credit card and online payment options. Non-payment will result in immediate suspension from lessons until the balance is settled. Contact Information Policy: Participants are required to keep their contact information up to date with the school administration. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contact details. Emergency Contacts Policy: Riders must provide current emergency contact information prior to participating in any activities. This information will be used only in case of an emergency.
